JobFill stores two kinds of data, both in your browser’s local Chrome storage:
All data is stored locally in your browser using chrome.storage.local. It does not leave your device. JobFill does not run a server. It does not sync to the cloud. JobFill does not transmit your data to any third party, including us.
storage — required to save your profile and job applications in your browser.activeTab — required to detect which ATS a job posting is on, so the right autofill rules can run.boards.greenhouse.io, job-boards.greenhouse.io, jobs.lever.co, and *.myworkdayjobs.com — required to inject the autofill content script into those specific job pages. The extension does not request <all_urls> and does not run on any other website.
You can clear all JobFill data at any time by going to chrome://extensions, finding JobFill, and clicking “Remove”. You can also edit your profile or delete any tracked application directly in the extension’s UI.
If this policy changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated in the extension’s release notes on the Chrome Web Store.
